22 Jan Dani’s V Pack Experience after 2 weeks!
Monday’s are always exciting for me as I get updates from Vixens and see how they’re doing on their programs. This morning was extra special because Dani blew me away with not only her progress, but her kind words too.

Not only has she trimmed but has started shredding too – this just goes to show how eating the correct nutrients to fuel your body instead of eating for satisfaction makes the biggest changes! Eating a proper, nutritious diet offers numerous health benefits that keep you mentally and physically well. Proper nutrition doesn’t mean starving yourself, but instead means eating a diet balanced in lean proteins, carbs and fats.

As I always say, transforming ladies lives means a lot more than planning meal programs and making bodies sweat to me. It means a full revolutionary change of mind, body and strength and getting feedback and seeing results like this really makes my day! It’s all about what you are willing to do for yourself.
I focus on helping ladies be happier and stronger. I guide them to believe in themselves and I LOVE watching them do so!
