This 4-week training plan has been designed to optimize fat loss, lean muscle growth, and to help you get STRONG by using a wide rep range and using functional exercises to get that body sweating.

 

Your workout split will include GLUTES & CORE, UPPER BODY, LOWER BODY, CHALLENGE DAY, UPPER & CORE, LOWER

BODY & HIIT plus YOGA.

Balanced and non-restrictive eating

Meals are designed to be super filling, wholesome and delicious, so you can fuel both your muscle and strength gains!

Meal Swap option allows you to plan your meals according to your own eating and taste preferences!

ACCESS

Your workouts and meals will be accessed via your Challenge Guides.

You will have access to our Facebook Forum for the full 4-weeks of the challenge.

Once the challenge is completed, you will have 2 extra weeks to be a part of our community and live workouts before your access is cut off.
