You’re telling me there’s a smoothie that could help my metabolism run faster?!

Oh hey babe, I sure am. Now, you need to know first off that no smoothie in the whole world can offset bad habits, but this smoothie is an amazing option for busy mornings and post-workout refeeds.

All of the ingredients have nutrients that contribute to a healthy metabolism. And let me say again: skipping meals is the fastest and most effective way to shut your metabolism OFF. So let’s just not.

Wake up and slay with a little coffee, a lot of protein, some healthy fiber, and fats to keep you feeling amazing.


  • 3/4 C unsweetened almond milk
  • Iced coffee (just throw some in the fridge ahead of time!) to taste (I used 1 shot of espresso!)
  • 1 1/2 C of spinach
  • 1 C frozen caulfilower
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 T coconut oil or MCT’s
  • Handful of ice or so

And Either…

  • NPL Platinum whey (Choc Nougat)
  • OR NPL Collagen Creamer + 2 T Cacao powder


Throw all the ingredients in your blender and let it run!
