BBV – 4 Week Program


This program is designed to target your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and mid section. The majority of exercises will be glute focused, but the goal is to build a well-rounded and balanced lower body.

The program is set up for 3 lower body training days per week. Adding more leg focused days with this plan is not recommended. It will progressively get harder as the weeks go on and as your strength increases!

This is a progressive overload style glute training program, optimal for gaining strength and muscle. BBV is ideal for those who are serious about booty progress and results!

Each package is customized to your needs and goals specifically! You receive a new and adjusted meal and training plan every 2-4 weeks depending on goals and progress.
