This Vixen program is designed to target your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and mid section. The majority of exercises are glute focused, but the goal is to build a well-rounded, balanced lower body.

BBV is set up with 3 lower body training days per week. It progressively gets a little more challenging as the weeks go on and as your strength increases!
