Workout Feedback from Andrea Nunes

Yesterday Andrea and I finally managed to train together after a long few weeks of wanting to.  We focused on training quads and glutes, it was so much fun and motivating challenging one another and ourselves!   Working out with Vixens really pushes me, especially when I need a bit of a push.

Today, this was her message to the group,

” Omg guys. I have to share my training experience with V, with you ladies. I have been on a mission to grow my humps for some time. I finally got the opportunity to train with V as our calendars finally aligned. Well as you can imagen she pushed me hard. We trained legs l.

The first set was chilled I had the energy and endurance.  Second set of work outs I though hmmm not to bad, until she added a few more weights to the squat rack and I nearly crumbled, but push through. With V on the side cheering me on and insta videos rolling. 😂   Let’s say by the last two exercises I was drenched. We then progressed to some glut stuff. My golden nugget. By then we were at burning at the very core of our buts.
My highlight though was when I climbed into my car I had lash prints on my eye lids. Salt cristals on my brows and was sopping wet I even had to sit on a towel. And the drive. Let’s just say that my clutch shuddered The Whole way home. ❤ I loved every moment of it and just showed me the level at which my body can be pushed.
Huge shout out V thank you so much for this experience. I am as stiff as a plank today. God send me strength for tomorrow. Hahaha”
I love the fact that we both go so much out of this session and were able to push one another super hard, this is what it’s about!  Inspiring women to be their best and pushing ourselves to prove that we can do anything we set our minds to!
